David – Managed Services Engineer
David has been working for RelianceNet for over a year now, coming to us from a strong 3 year background at a local data center. He has an impressive grasp of networking infrastructure, software and technology. David currently holds a VMware VTSP and is pursuing his VMware VCP in addition to his BS in Information Technology from UMBC.

Ron – Managed Services Engineer
Ronnie’s experience over the past 3 years in datacenter networking brought him into close contact with David, and they share a similar level of experience. We’re excited to have Ronnie on board, and have already seen his profound ability to impress and deliver in his commitments to clients. Ronnie is currently pursuing his VMware VCP.

Don – Senior Engineer
Don is a new but exceedingly strong member of our team. During his years in the Army, he earned a Top Secret clearance and a powerful command of Microsoft infrastructure best policies and practices. His insights and experiences have propelled our Total Lifecycle Care Managed Services offering to a new level, taking the practices that make large, complex environments hum and translating them to our midmarket clients. Don brings strong credentials to the table, including an MCSE, a VCP, a CCNA, and ITILv.3. We have found that his ability to bring the powers of VMware virtualization and ITILv.3 best practices to the table for our clients has let them leverage IT in new ways.

Brian – Senior Engineer
Fitting right into Annapolis, Brian came to us from South Carolina via his own sailboat upon which he lives currently. Brian has a strong background in project management and service delivery, and serves as our tier 3 support. Few are the problems – surrounding midmarket IT – that Brian is unable to handle. Brian has 7 years of impressive experiential background in Exchange Migration, Networking, Wireless, and Mobile technologies.

Amy – Senior Consultant
Amy is invaluable for her “quick-start” approach to growth and development efforts. She is a senior consultant who excels in strategic marketing communications. Complimentary skills include: branding, project management and standardization of operational procedures. Amy holds a BA in Communications and Spanish. Actively involved with business networking groups, she also dedicates a significant amount of time toward community service often bridging relationships between corporations and non-profits. She is an advocate for veterans in transition helping to provide resources as they separate from the military.

Jack – Senior Consultant
In the 10+ years Jack has been with RelianceNet, he has been the model engineer for a number of our junior employees. Jack has a penchant for developing client relationships that strengthen and mature over time. Many of our current clients still ask for Jack by name. He currently holds an MCP, MCSA, and MCSE.

Carleton – Senior Consultant
For 15 years with RelianceNet Carleton has been leveraging his 35+ years of experience in Hardware and network support. He currently holds the following credentials and certificates: MCSE, Master CNE, IT Project+, CCNA, CCDA, CCSA, A+, M. Div. Carleton is our resident expert witness. His computer forensics skills have lent his testimony credence in numerous Federal, State, and Local cases.

James – Senior Consultant
James has over 16 years working in technology leadership and management. His forte is application development and project management. Additionally, he brings to our team a deep understanding of the challenges that face non-profit and association organizations. James holds a BA degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer. James is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. James is also a certified SCUBA diver.
