"In the effort to overcome the overwhelming impact of the infamous Nimda virus put upon WDG/Blue Chair Design's computer network, I would like to thank you for the exceptional technical support provided by Reliance Network Solutions, Inc. This computer virus impacted a substantial portion of our network, both workstations and servers. Upon discovering this virus, an action plan was expedited to remedy the infectious repercussions of the Nimda virus. In the process of removing the virus from the network, a third party software led to the unexpected crashing (downing) of WDG/Blue Chair Design's mail server. In order to bring the mail server back on line, efforts were made to seek additional technical assistance to correct this unforeseen dilemma.

As a result of the mail server crashing, a call was placed to Dale on Tuesday evening to assist in providing additional technical support to help bring the mail server back on line. He dispatched Ben without any hesitation. Ben arrived at Weihe Design Group (WDG) at approximately 6pm that Tuesday evening. Determined to get the mail server back on line prior to resigning for the day, Ben assisted in repairs to the server until 7am, the following Wednesday morning. The service that RelianceNet provided was over and beyond what was expected, considering the timing of the request for technical assistance.

Again, I would like to acknowledge my appreciation to RelianceNet for a job well done. Thanks."
